Q. How to make first check?

  • First register.
  • Second choose subscription.
  • After activation account is ready to Initiate first check session.
  • Q. How to register to the XRAY platform?

    A. To get access go to registration page and fill out the registration form. After reviewing company details, account will be activated by **administrator**.

    Q. Where to check subscription plans and how to change them?

    A. All information on subscription plans is in the Set up your subscription section. For more questions contact our Business Team.

    Q. What type of checks I can run through the XRAY platform?

    A. With over 400 data sources (governments, banks, business registers, biometrics, etc.) in all 170+ countries of the World, customers are verified for identity status, real-time biometrics and facial recognition, PEP, sanctions and watchlists name detection, reputation, and other relevant factors for particular industries and compliance. There are three different types of checks, Person, Business, and Bundled that XRAY does. For more details see the Supported Checks page.

    Q. Bundled checks benefits and advantages?

    A. Bundled checks are a combination of different single checks. This allows the screening process to go deeper as more data sources are covered. For more information, please visit Bundled Checks page, or contact us.

    Q. How to change available checks?

    A. You can review available checks under the Settings > Available Checks option in the application. Available checks are related to subscription plan configuration. If you want different checks available, change the subscription plan. For more information, visit the Set up your subscription page or contact our Business Team.
