Review check results

True, False, and Pending​

After the session completes review the check session results.

Find a list of persons and businesses displayed in the Checks view.

The input will determine whether the session's check status stays the same or changes.

There are three possible check results:

  • True or true positive
  • False or false positive
  • Pending or status pending

The first check results will always have Pending status by default.

When you decide to change the session check result to true positive or false positive, the overall check status will change too.

  • If check session results are marked as false positive, the overall check status will change to Passed.

  • If some of the check session results are marked as true positive the overall check status will be Not Passed.

1. True or true positive​

To manually review choose desired check result to open. In the Result window review the result, type in the remark, and hit Mark Not Passed or Mark Passed.

If the result matches the Session input mark the result as Mark Not Passed. An icon in front of the name will change to True positive.

2. False or false positive​

If the result do not match the Session input mark the result as Mark Passed. An icon in front of the name will change to False positive.

3. Pending or status pending​

Check result Pending or status pending - check result is waiting to be reviewed and marked as false positive or true positive.

Check review is over when the Check view shows 0 Pending, 1 True, and the rest of the results are False.
