How to register?

Register in 3 steps​

1. Create a new account​

To start using the XRAY service register the company on the system.

Please make sure to provide all the required data. After reading the Terms and Conditions check the "I agree" box and hit the Register button.

2. Verify and activate​

Check e-mail inbox for the verification e-mail.

Verify the account via the link.

After reviewing company details, the account will be activated by the XRAY administrator.

3. Choose subscription​

Once your company account is registered and active, log in to the system.

Your company has a Basic (Pay As You Go) subscription automatically assigned which includes:

  • Personal Adverse Media (+SL +PEP)
  • Personal sanctions (+PEP)

Adding a new user​

When activated, the company account has administrative privileges and allows adding as many users as needed.

The user has limited privileges when the administrator adds the user to the account. This means the user can perform a check but not administrate the company account.

Administrator privileges Create and run a session.

  • Monitor session lifecycle.
  • Review check results.
  • Create a test session.
  • Search Sessions and Inventory.
  • Change company profil data.
  • Add/delete and change USER info data.

User "CAN DO" privileges

  • Create and run a session.
  • Monitor session lifecycle.
  • Review check results.
  • Create a test session.
  • Change USER info data.

User "CANNOT DO" privileges

  • Change company profil data.
  • Change USER info data of another user.
  • Create tokens, but can review tokens already created.

To add a new user, click on the (+) button in the bottom right corner. Add the required details. Save changes, and a new user appear under the Users view.
